The Calendar of LEX PRO

The Calendar section is the heart of the app: here you create, view and manage all your professional and personal events.

Types of event

LEX PRO distinguishes six types of event, each with a color and a dedicated icon:

• Hearing (red) — imposes date, time and references of a hearing or referral
• Chore (blue) — deadlines or tasks to be completed by a certain date
• Communication (orange) — contact reminder, such as a phone call or email
• Generic (blue) — appointments, meetings or any general event
• Private (green) — personal events such as dinners, trips or periods of absence
• Synchronized (grey) — hearings automatically imported from the Telematic Services Portal

Display mode

You can choose between different display modes using the selector at the top:

• Monthly calendar — classic grid with colored indicators on days with events
• Weekly view — one week at a time with hourly detail
• List — chronological list of all events

A richer grid mode is also available on iPad and Mac. Tap the navigation arrows to move between weeks or months; the Today button returns to the current date.

Create an event

Tap the + button at the top right to create a new event. Choose the type and fill in the fields:

• Title / Description
• Start date and time (and optionally end)
• Notes
• Connected cases — associate the event with one of your practices
• Notifications — personalized notifications before the event
• Tags — labels to organize and filter (Premium function)

For Hearings additional fields are available: Court, Curia, Judge, Section and NRG. At the end of a hearing you can record the outcome: None, Decision or Reserve.

Status of events

Each event can have one of the following states:

• Normal — active and pending
• Completed — marked as done (green color)
• Suspended — temporarily paused (orange color)

Search and filters

Use the search bar to find events by title, description, forum, judge, section, or NRG. You can filter by Tag using the filter bar under the search.

The scope selector allows you to show all events, only favorites or only shared events via iCloud.

Favorites and sharing

Tap the star on an event to add it to favorites and find it quickly. Events can also be shared with other LEX PRO users via iCloud (Premium feature).
