{"id":353,"date":"2026-06-17T19:37:04","date_gmt":"2026-06-17T17:37:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agendalegale.app\/?p=353"},"modified":"2026-08-11T05:42:57","modified_gmt":"2026-08-11T03:42:57","slug":"taccuino-note-libere-e-bloc-notes-personali","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agendalegale.app\/en\/taccuino-note-libere-e-bloc-notes-personali\/","title":{"rendered":"Notebook: free notes and personal notepads"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The Notebook of LEX PRO<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The <strong>Notebook<\/strong> is the personal space of LEX Premium for your free notes: a digital notepad where you can create thematic folders and fill them with sketches, manuscript annotations and ideas, regardless of practices or events.<\/p>\n<h2>Personalized folders<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The Notebook is organized in <strong>folders<\/strong> that you can create and customize at will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose the <strong>name<\/strong> of the folder<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Assign a <strong>color<\/strong> to recognize it at a glance<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose an <strong>icon<\/strong> to further customize the appearance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Tap the <strong>+<\/strong> button to create a new folder. With a long tap on the folder, access the options to edit or delete it.<\/p>\n<h2>Smart folders<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In addition to personal folders, the Notebook shows three <strong>smart folders<\/strong> that automatically collect handwritten notes already linked to other elements of the app:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Events<\/strong> \u2014 handwritten notes attached to Calendar events<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cases<\/strong> \u2014 handwritten notes attached to the files<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Contacts<\/strong> \u2014 handwritten notes attached to the contacts of the address book<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Create handwritten notes<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Open a folder and tap <strong>+<\/strong> to create a new sketch. The drawing canvas based on <strong>PencilKit<\/strong> opens:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write and draw freehand with Apple Pencil or with your finger<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Use Apple's <strong>Scribble<\/strong> function to convert handwriting to text<\/li>\n<li>Choose between pens, pencils, markers and eraser<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the thickness and color of the tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Grid view<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Within each folder the notes are shown as <strong>thumbnails<\/strong> in a grid, so you can recognize the contents of each sketch at a glance.<\/p>\n<h2>Search and displacement<\/h2>\n<p>Use the Notebook's search bar to find folders by name.
