{"id":347,"date":"2026-06-17T19:37:34","date_gmt":"2026-06-17T17:37:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agendalegale.app\/?p=347"},"modified":"2026-08-11T05:42:57","modified_gmt":"2026-08-11T03:42:57","slug":"calendario-gestire-gli-eventi-in-agenda-legale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agendalegale.app\/en\/calendario-gestire-gli-eventi-in-agenda-legale\/","title":{"rendered":"Calendar: manage events"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The Calendar of LEX PRO<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The <strong>Calendar<\/strong> section is the heart of the app: here you create, view and manage all your professional and personal events.<\/p>\n<h2>Types of event<\/h2>\n<p>LEX PRO distinguishes six types of event, each with a color and a dedicated icon:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Hearing<\/strong> (red) \u2014 imposes date, time and references of a hearing or referral<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Chore<\/strong> (blue) \u2014 deadlines or tasks to be completed by a certain date<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Communication<\/strong> (orange) \u2014 contact reminder, such as a phone call or email<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Generic<\/strong> (blue) \u2014 appointments, meetings or any general event<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Private<\/strong> (green) \u2014 personal events such as dinners, trips or periods of absence<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Synchronized<\/strong> (grey) \u2014 hearings automatically imported from the Telematic Services Portal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Display mode<\/h2>\n<p>You can choose between different display modes using the selector at the top:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Monthly calendar<\/strong> \u2014 classic grid with colored indicators on days with events<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Weekly view<\/strong> \u2014 one week at a time with hourly detail<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>List<\/strong> \u2014 chronological list of all events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">A richer grid mode is also available on iPad and Mac. Tap the navigation arrows to move between weeks or months; the <strong>Today<\/strong> button returns to the current date.<\/p>\n<h2>Create an event<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Tap the <strong>+<\/strong> button at the top right to create a new event. Choose the type and fill in the fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Title \/ Description<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Start date and time<\/strong> (and optionally end)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Connected cases<\/strong> \u2014 associate the event with one of your practices<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Notifications<\/strong> \u2014 personalized notifications before the event<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Tags<\/strong> \u2014 labels to organize and filter (Premium function)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">For <strong>Hearings<\/strong> additional fields are available: Court, Curia, Judge, Section and NRG. At the end of a hearing you can record the outcome: <em>None<\/em>, <em>Decision<\/em> or <em>Reserve<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2>Status of events<\/h2>\n<p>Each event can have one of the following states:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Normal<\/strong> \u2014 active and pending<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Completed<\/strong> \u2014 marked as done (green color)<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Suspended<\/strong> \u2014 temporarily paused (orange color)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Search and filters<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Use the search bar to find events by title, description, forum, judge, section, or NRG. You can filter by <strong>Tag<\/strong> using the filter bar under the search.<\/p>\n<p>The scope selector allows you to show all events, only favorites or only shared events via iCloud.<\/p>\n<h2>Favorites and sharing<\/h2>\n<p>Tap the star on an event to add it to favorites and find it quickly.
