The LEX PRO Settings
The Settings section allows you to adapt LEX PRO to your way of working: notifications, sorting, security, backup and much more.
Event Settings
Configure the default behavior for new events:
- Default event type
- Automatic alerts for each type of event
- Displaying expired events on the Today screen
- Default Calendar display mode
Cases settings
Manage the options for the files:
- Sorting of the cases list (by title, internal number, ascending or descending date)
- Automatic synchronization with the Telematic Services Portal (Italy only)
- Default display mode (list or grid)
Contact Settings
Customize the display and management of the address book:
- Sorting of contacts (by name or surname)
- Name display format
Notifications
Check all the notifications of the app:
- Enabling / disabling event notifications
- News notifications and updates
- Custom sounds for reminders
Smart search (Premium)
Turn on Smart Search to search in natural language — for example “January Court hearings” — and let Apple Intelligence filter the results for you. Requires a Premium subscription.
Security
Protect your data:
- Lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID
- Protection of individual sensitive practices with biometric authentication
- Setting an alternative access code
Data Management
From the Data Management section you can:
- Export and import database backups
- Restore a previous backup
- Completely delete all data (irreversible operation with confirmation)
Tag Management (Premium)
Create, edit, and delete custom tags used to organize events, practices, and contacts. Requires Premium.
Priority Discord Support (Premium)
With an active subscription, access the dedicated Discord channel for priority assistance directly from the LEX PRO team.

At the bottom of the settings you will find the version and build number of the app, useful in case of reporting problems.
