The Contacts of LEX PRO
The Contacts section is the professional rubric integrated into the app: here you keep the data of customers, counterparties, judges, colleagues and anyone else you deal with in your business.
Create a new contact
Tap the + button in the Contacts section or use the "New Contact" button on the Today screen. For each contact you can enter:
- Name and Surname
- Company / Studio
- Address — street, city, zip code, state
- Phone, Mobile, Fax
- Website
- Fiscal Code
- VAT
- Notes
Import from iOS Contacts
No need to re-enter data by hand: tap the import button to select a contact directly from the iOS system address book. The data is automatically copied to the new LEX PRO contact.
Search and alphabetical index
The contact list has a search bar to quickly find a name. On the right side there is the alphabetical index: tap a letter to jump directly to the corresponding section, just like in the address book of your iPhone.
Address map
If you have entered the address of a contact, you can view it on the map directly from the app. Useful for planning trips between courts, offices or clients.
Link contacts to practices
Contacts can be added to one or more cases in the roles of Customer or Counterparty. This two-way association allows you to easily navigate between address books and files.
Favorites
Tap the star on a contact to add it to favorites. Favorite contacts appear in the Favorites section, accessible from the navigation bar, for even faster access.
iCloud Sharing (Premium)
With LEX Premium you can share contacts with other users of the app through iCloud, keeping your address book updated in real time on all devices.
